BATTLESCARS WINDLIGHTS TUTORIAL: How to IMPORT clouds in the new EEP version of BLACK DRAGON.



INTRO
Hiiii family, well in the last month it has been a real madness with the changes that LL is making with the famous EEP (Environmental Enhancement Project) and many of you know my opinion about it, and that I speak openly about it on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BattleScarsWindlights .

But in this post I am going to show a temporary solution with the Black Dragon viewer in its current version 3.8.9. Remember that this solution is only for the EEP version of Black Dragon, if you do not have an EEP version, you can use the usual method that continues to work perfectly in BLACK DRAGON viewers (NO EEP VERSION) and the latest version of Firestorm.

FIRESTORM: Remember that the Firestorm team has not released the EEP version yet, which I really appreciate because I still think that EEP is not a project completed by LL, it is rather a bad BETA

TUTORIAL

EN - THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT STEP IS:
If you have bought my clouds (TGA format) remember that you will have to convert that format to PNG. You can use any editor, the one I recommend is PHOTOSHOP.

ES - EL PRIMER PASO Y EL MÁS IMPORTANTE ES: 
Si has comprado mis nubes (formato TGA) recuerda que tendrás que convertir ese formato en PNG . Puedes utilizar cualquier editor, el que aconsejo es PHOTOSHOP.


EN - File / Export / Quick Export As PNG / Choose a destination folder and export the image .

ES - Archivo / Exportar / Exportación rápida como PNG / Elegir la ubicación donde quieres guardar la imagen.

EN - With the texture converted, we will open the BLACK DRAGON viewer.
ES - Con la textura convertida , abriremos el visor BLACK DRAGON.

EN - Once opened we have to find the sky editor, I have a practical way to have it as a button, that way we will have more direct access.

 In the screenshot I show you the steps to follow, and the second thing we will do is how to create our button bar in the viewer.

ES - Una vez abierto tenemos que buscar el editor de cielo, yo tengo una manera practica para tenerlo como botón, de esa manera tendremos acceso más directo.

En la captura os muestro los pasos a seguir, y lo segundo que haremos es como crear nuestra barra de botones en el visor.


YO/ME / EDIT / TOOLBARS

EN - In the toolbar we can add any button that is useful for us to have a direct access. We just have to drag the button to one end of the screen.

ES - En la barra de herramientas podemos agregar cualquier botón que nos sea útil para tener un acceso directo. Solo tenemos que arrastrar el botón hacia un extremo de la pantalla.

EN - We will add the SKY EDITOR button to the toolbar (you can add more buttons as shown in the video tutorial) 

ES - Agregaremos el botón SKY EDITOR a la barra de herramientas (puedes agregar más botones como muestro en el vídeo tutorial)

EN - We select SKY EDITOR from our Toolbar and follow the steps shown in the screenshot, (remember that you can see the video where everything is shown step by step) 

ES - Seleccionamos SKY EDITOR desde nuestra Barra de herramientas, y sigue los pasos mostrados en la captura, ( recuerda que puedes ver el vídeo donde se muestra todo paso a paso)


IMPORTANT
For step 6 remember to select the texture that you previously converted via Photoshop, from TGA TO PNG, otherwise the viewer will not recognize the TGA format.
